Return Policy

Old Talgai Pty Ltd handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

Freight / shipping on returned items is at buyers expense, unless a warranty issue. Goods must be returned to our Sydney warehouse. Should you wish to return your order, please notify us with a valid reason for return. Change of mind is not a valid reason for return of goods.

Unopened goods will attract a re-stocking fee of 5%.

Opened goods will require further inspection and repacking and will attract a re-stocking fee of 15% of the invoice value of the item being returned.

All refunds are made at the discretion of Old Talgai Pty Ltd and assumes no missing or damaged items. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of return of shipment.
